Legal Insurance from ARAG
ARAG offers comprehensive legal insurance that helps address everyday legal situations like creating wills, handling traffic tickets, managing property disputes, and more. Coverage includes access to a network of experienced attorneys, with attorney fees fully covered for most legal matters. Additionally, members can use DIY Docs® to create state-specific legal documents.
There are two voluntary plan options available:
- UltimateAdvisor® at $22.75 per month, offering a wide range of legal services.
- UltimateAdvisor Plus™ at $26.25 per month, which includes everything in the UltimateAdvisor® plan and additional services such as child custody, identity theft protection, and financial planning education.

Adoption Benefit
The Blue River Adoption Reimbursement Program (ARP) provides eligible employees with reimbursements of qualified adoption expenses, up to $5,000 per eligible child with a maximum of $5,000 per year per employee.
Educational Reimbursement
Blue River will reimburse qualified educational expenses up to $5,000 per calendar year for undergraduate courses or degrees, or 50% of the cost of an advanced degree (MS or above), up to $15,000 per year.
Donation and Volunteer Matching
Charitable contribution matching up to $3,500* per employee per year.
Dollars for Doers: You can request $20 per volunteer hour, up to $3,500* per employee per fiscal year.
*$3,500 is the total match between combined dollar donations and hours work.
